Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Revlix CRM, your clinic agrees to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of Service

Revlix grants your clinic a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for managing your practice's operations, subject to your plan's usage limits.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your clinic's account, including staff logins you create.

Payment & Plans

Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly based on your selected plan. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

Revlix is provided "as is" with the uptime commitments described in your plan's SLA. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription per the notice period in your plan. Upon termination, your clinic may export its data for a limited period before deletion.
