Revlix CRM ("we", "our", "us") provides cloud-based practice management software for clinics and healthcare centers. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how it's protected.

Information We Collect

We collect account information (name, email, phone, clinic details) and, on behalf of your practice, patient records you choose to store in the platform such as appointment history, treatment notes and billing details.

• Patient records entered by your staff into the CRM
• Usage data such as login activity and feature usage

How We Use Data

Data is used to operate the platform, provide customer support, generate the reports you request, and improve product reliability. Patient data entered into the CRM belongs to your practice; we process it only to deliver the service.

Data Sharing

We do not sell clinic or patient data. Data may be shared with infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting) strictly to operate the service, and only under confidentiality obligations.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up automatically, and access is governed by role-based permissions your clinic administrator controls. See our Security section on the Features page for more detail.

Your Rights

Clinic administrators can export or delete their practice's data at any time. Contact us to request a full data export or account deletion.
